Why might you need actors to help with your training?

Bringing in people from outside the workplace helps to create a sense of reality. Non actors or colleagues who already have a working relationship may feel uncomfortable simulating a scenario during training. Therefore, bringing in new faces really helps to keep things real and elevate your training experiences and courses.

Our roleplay actors will be able to challenge your course attendees whilst keeping it natural and realistic. We aim to push even your most senior candidates so that everyone feels they have come out of the workshop having pushed themselves and developed their skills further.
